If I Am to Die Tomorrow

If I am to die tomorrow
I will not cry of my short life
Nor wail for an extension
If I am to die tomorrow
I will be jubilant of time not wasted
Given that I gave my all
Worked on my talents
And yearned to know Christ
Have I sorted out issues with Tom?
Am I at peace with Jane?
Have I strived to harmonize the mayhem
Amongst my own family members?
Will I die with strings attached?
To hatred, anger and abomination?
Why does forgiveness seem a sweet word?
But a big puzzle putting it to action?
If I am to die tomorrow
Will I be free from the yoke?
That pulls me to hell?
